Submental lymph nodes (drain mental region , tip of tongue , inferior lip , incisor teeth)

B) Submandibular (Digastric) triangle contents -
(Digastric triangle is subdivided into anterior and posterior parts by stylomandibular ligament )

Facial vein (lies superficial to gland)
Facial artery (lies deep to gland)
